When you are entering an assessment (see Entering assessment) there is a link on the top right of the screen which will allow the use of a template.
Please refer to the existing guide on Entering pupil assessments via a template for more information.

For the assessment tracker you can use the same template to import or export data for that assessment.
If you have already entered data for that assessment and want to download an export of the data, just click on ‘Download Template‘ and the system will download an Excel file locally which you can store or use elsewhere.
