Entering pupil assessments via template

If you wish to submit the pupil assessments via a template (see Enter pupil assessment help for reference).

On the Enter pupil assessments screen there is a link on the right ‘Alternatively, enter assessments via file upload‘

1. Click on ‘Show‘
2. This will allow you to click ‘Download template‘
3. Open the template in Excel
4. Any grades already entered for the assessment on screen will be populated in the template. Simply update the template with the assessment grade
5. Save the file locally and then select ‘Upload completed template‘ to upload the template to Pupil Tracking
6. Click ‘Upload‘ button (shown below)
7. The grades will then update
8. Any existing grades shown on screen will be updated
