This is a function within the User Manager, it is now possible to specify an email domain name for the school, for example ‘@juniperhill.school’.
This means that any user accounts that are created with that email domain will be emailed 2 emails, one with a link and one with a temporary code. The new user can then activate the account themselves without any need to contact FFT Support, or their local administrator. This removes the need to ask for the activation code.
- Click on the ‘administration‘ left hand menu
- Click on ‘User manager‘
- Click on ‘Email Domain‘
- Enter the last part of the email address (Domain name)
- Click ‘Add Domain‘

- Alternatively, you can delete any old domains using the ‘Delete’ button.
