Changing user details in Aspire

There are two possible ways to change user details in your FFT Aspire account. These are as follows:

Changing details in User Profile

Before you begin

Please note that the following steps can only be performed by users that are not currently in ‘pending’. If you are trying to change the details for a user in ‘pending’ please proceed to ‘Deleting and re-creating an account’.

  1. Log into Aspire and click the ‘User Profile’ icon in the top-right hand corner of the page.
  1. Click ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down list of options.
  2. Enter your new details and click ‘Save’.

Deleting and re-creating an account

Before you begin

Please note that the following steps can only be performed by users with setup and manage data permissions. If you are not sure of your level of access or do not have this account type, please speak to your school’s FFT Aspire Administrator.

  1. Log into Aspire and click the administration icon.
  1. Select ‘Users’ then ‘Manage Users’ from the drop-down list of options. This will bring you to the page pictured below.
  1. Click “Edit” then ‘Delete user’.
  1. Create the user a new account with their new details. For more details please refer to ‘Create a single user’.
