If the administrator has created your account for you and you have not received your activation email, this could be for the following reasons:
- The email address created on your account is incorrect. Ask the administrator to correct the email (delete account and create again).
- The email address is correct but you still have not received your activation email. Please check your Spam / Junk folder and specify it as ‘Not Junk‘.
- If you have checked all the above but still there is no sign of your activation email. Please check with your IT department (who have control over your organisations email), as the sending email address might have been blocked (firstname.lastname@example.org). Ask your IT Department to ‘unblock‘ or ‘whitelist‘ this email to allow it through to your email inbox.
