FFT is sent census information from the DfE at certain points throughout the year. This information is usually less up to date compared with your school, as the data comes to FFT via the DfE and not via any imports or Data Exchange.
FSM (Free School Meals), SEN (Special Education Needs) and EAL (English As additional Language) are provided from each census.
Ethnicity is only provided in the spring census.
PP (Pupil Premium) is calculated by FFT from the FSM census values.

Census is taken from schools once a year, in the spring, providing FSM, SEN, EAL and Ethnicity information.
